It is also the reason why we do not stock Citrine because unknown to many, there is hardly any visually appealing Citrine in nature and practically all in the gem industry is essentially heat-treated Amethyst. Whilst heat treatment is an approved process in the gemstone industry (likewise for Blue Sapphire), different considerations apply when using gemstones for their natural metaphysical properties!
