The team behind VillageSmith has extensive experience with producing genuine lucky clover accessories in Singapore for over 20 years.

From procuring the leaves, preservation and encasement in the epoxy matrix, and production of the metal accessory components, we exert stringent quality control throughout the processes and only utilise best-in-class premium materials.

### Premium materials & quality manufacturing

For a start, all our jewelry items (pendants, bracelets, etc.) are crafted entirely of either of two types of non-tarnish materials:

- Premium Surgical Stainless Steel
- Grade 1 pure Titanium (for larger pendants to take advantage of lighter weight)

The metals we use don't rust, and almost anyone can wear them without worrying about allergies. Most Clover jewelry available is made with very thin electroplating over cheap alloys, which will eventually rust and potentially cause skin allergies. Some vendors utilising these inferior metals may even recommend a coat of nail varnish or epoxy as an attempt to retard the deterioration of the material. On the contrary, at VillageSmith, we are of the opinion that it should all start with using top-quality, non-tarnish premium metals.

Our pendants, bracelets, and other wearable accessories are predominantly CNC-milled from a block of premium surgical steel or Grade 1 titanium and then individually and painstakingly polished by our experienced craftsmen. The process is similar to how luxury watch cases are made. So they are meticulously milled and finished one by one, not mass produced, thus ensuring the best quality possible.

#### Laser engraving personalisation (for some items)

We know many of our customers regularly make wishes or meditate on their lucky Clovers.

VillageSmith pioneered laser engraving of customers’ names and lucky messages, wishes or blessings, or spiritual verses, lucky symbols, etc. on Clover accessories.  We operate a state-of-the-art, professional laser engraving facility that produces superior results compared to mechanical systems. Also, there is a wide choice of fonts & even any foreign language (for languages that we are unable to type on our system, we process and engrave it as a graphics le). This laser engraving is possible on most of the Clover accessories.

Customers have repeatedly complimented us on how having wishes and blessings permanently etched into their clover items makes them feel they are wishing and receiving luck from the clover 24/7, every second of every day!

Giving personalised Clover accessories to friends or loved ones is a heartfelt gesture!

##### LOWEST pricing possible

Having over 20 years of experience producing genuine Clover accessories and selling them at the lowest retail prices possible directly to customers (no middlemen involved) has given us tremendous economies of scale. As such, we are able to use the best materials and produce the most lavish gift packaging compared to any Clover accessories packaging on the market. By having lower retail pricing, we are simply able to sell a lot more Clovers, which in turn reduces our costs substantially due to economies of scale.

Just fresh out of our workshop is an entire batch of Green Jasper and Black Onyx bracelets!  Beads are 8mm diameter (approximately) and a surgical steel bead holds the panel with a preserved genuine 4-leaf Clover leaf in each of these gorgeous bracelets!  All beads are held together with 4-ply reinforced made in Japan clear elastic cords for maximum durability.  Optional engraving on the back of the Clover bead is free!  Please measure wrist circumference (at intended position of wearing on wrist) with tape measure before ordering, each bracelet will be sized accordingly.

As the **pioneer of laser engraving** service provider in Singapore, we have customized thousands of Zippos over the years. **We offer on-the-spot engraving, using state-of-the-art German fiber laser systems. **

Traditionally, engraving of Zippos is done by mechanical rotary tools (computerized or manual) that produce inferior results compared to lasers.

Zippo utilizes a variety of base materials and different surface coatings for their lighters. With our extensive engraving experience, we can suggest the best technique and type of engraving to be used for each specific surface of the lighter.

We engrave photos, graphics, text with a wide array of fonts & in foreign languages, logos, artwork, signatures, etc. **Laser engraving typically takes 20 to 90 minutes, **depending on complexity & how busy we are in the store at that moment.

Introducing our new "hidden message" laser engraving on the Zippo insert! One or both sides are possible.

**We charge a subsidized rate for laser engraving for lighters purchased in our store in Singapore:**

At Villagesmith, the core team has 35 years of experience in the wholesale of natural crystals in Europe & USA, with similar experience in the lapidary of the stones.  With our experience, we take great care in procuring only non-treated natural stones without heat or colour treatment.  It is also the reason why we do not stock Citrine because, unknown to many, there is hardly any visually appealing Citrine in nature and practically all in the gem industry is essentially heat-treated Amethyst.  Whilst heat treatment is an approved process in the gemstone industry (likewise for Blue Sapphire), different considerations apply when using gemstones for their natural metaphysical properties!

In order for customers to have bespoke bead bracelets of their dreams, we also have in stock an entire array of custom findings, charms, alphanumeric charms, and Fengshui & Bazi Chinese Characters, all forged in premium non-tarnish surgical steel with a lifetime guarantee against rust & tarnishing.  Some charms allow for laser engraving for additional customisation.

We highly recommend that customers correspond with us before engraving, and we will present by email a simulated rough estimate representative of how the resulting engraving will be.
